Community Picnic News -
The Official Minutes of the June 7 and June 16 meetings of the Board of Supervisors have been posted.
- For those new to Charlestown and attending the Community Picnic at Brightside Farm this Saturday, I have updated the specially marked Township Map with road names and also provided written directions to both Brightside Farm and the Great Valley Grange (in the event of rain) from several sections of the Township.
- If you would like to attend this Saturday's Community Picnic and have not yet signed up, please go to our Community Picnic page and RSVP (with the number in your party) to email@example.com. Remember, while beverages will be available, this is a "bring your own food" picnic. We hope to see you there.

My wife Linda and I have returned from a two week vacation to Alaska, and this is my first effort to get caught up on web postings. I apologize for not getting tonight's Board meeting agenda posted in time.
The Preliminary Agenda for the June 22 meeting of the Planning Commission has been posted. Note: This meeting will start at 8:00 PM, a half hour later than usual.

Community Picnic Planning Mtg (From Barbara De Wilde)-
There will be a Charlestown Picnic planning meeting at the Wisner Rapp House on Wednesday evening, June 9, 2004 at 7pm for all interested in helping. We are still looking for music and ponies.
Community Picnic Update - Our information page for the June 26 Charlestown Community Picnic has been enhanced with a map showing the location of Brightside Farm and the Grange (in the event of rain), as well as a property diagram of Brightside Farm showing the locations for parking, the picnic and games, the trail system, and the Rapp House.
