 Deerfield Development - Plan 1 of 11/98
The above diagram was presented to the Township by General Residential Properties, Inc. in November 1998. (This plan has not been approved!) The diagram is oriented the same as our other diagrams, with Valley Hill Road delineating the property at the top, and Charlestown Road delineating the right edge. Note that through the combined efforts of the developer and the Township, the houses are clustered to the south, preserving much of the viewshed from Yellow Springs Road.
