Brightside Farm - GVSD's 55 Acre Parcel Letter From GVSD to Charlestown Township withdrawing Sub-Divison Plans   August 23, 1999        Mrs. Linda Csete, Secretary Charlestown Township Board of Supervisors P.O. Box 507 Devault, PA 19432   Dear Mrs. Csete:   The Great Valley School Board is officially withdrawing its application for a sub-division of the 55 acre tract of land on Yellow Springs Road that the District owns. After much discussion, the Board has decided that it would be in the best interest of the taxpayers of Great Valley to sell the property in its entirety. The Board will be proceeding with the sale as soon as possible. We appreciate the time and effort that the Supervisors and the community spent in the numerous discussions and the attempted joint development of the Board's property. However, the District's athletic needs are of immediate concern and we will be proceeding with other options that look to have a more timely resolution. We would appreciate your sharing this information with the Supervisors as soon as convenient for you to do so.
