1. Adopt minutes of prior meetings-December through January (Motel)
2. Review attendance and participation expectations and new meeting format and times. (Motel)
3. Brief review of marketing plan (Corcoran)
4. Discuss and vote on definition of "open space" a/k/a "protected open space"
   (Note: at Chairman's request, please be prepared to review and consider for adoption the County definition of "protected open space" set forth in the "Linking Landscapes" open space plan that you received and reviewed previously and that is included as an attachment here)
5. Appoint newsletter editor, collect articles and establish mailing deadline
6. Reports on progress from subcommittees-
1. Open space funding sources, establish deadline and content for submission of report on funding to the Board of Supervisors (Staas, Phillips)
2. Priorities (Jones)
3. Web site usage and scope (Alix)
7. Guest Speaker - Bonnie Van Allen, Willistown Conservation Trust
8. Adjourn
