PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Charlestown Township will consider for adoption the following Ordinance at a public meeting to be held on September 15, 2003 at 7:30 P.M. at the Great Valley Middle School. Room 154, 255 North Phoenixville Pike, Malvern, PA.
The title of the Ordinance is as follows:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CHARLESTOWN TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE OF 1979, AS AMENDED, TO REVISE ARTICLE II TO PROVIDE FOR A REVISED DEFINITION OF THE TERM "HEIGHT" AND RELATED TERMS WITHIN SECTION 201, AND TO PROVIDE FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE SAID AMENDMENTS.
The following is a summary of all the provisions of the Ordinance:
| Section 1. | Amends Section 201 to revise the definition for "Height" add the term "Height of Building" and remove the term "Grade". |
| Section 2. | Severability. If any sentence, clause, section or part of this Ordinance is for any reason found to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid, such unconstitutionality, illegality or invalidity shall not affect or impair any of the remaining provisions, sentences, clauses, sections or parts hereof. It is hereby declared as the intent of the Board of Supervisors that this Ordinance would have been adopted absent said provisions, sentences, clauses, sections or parts. |
| Section 3. | This Ordinance shall become effective five (5) days from enactment. |

A copy of the full text of the proposed Ordinance may be examined without charge or obtained upon payment of the copying cost at the Township Office located at 4030 Whitehorse Road, Devault, PA during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
