Traditional Neighborhood Development
TND Presentation March 4, 2008

Background - As most residents know, a Traditional Neighborhood Development plan for the Devault area has been created in the Planning Commission and the Board of Supervisors over the course of the past several years. A presentation was made to the Board of Supervisors on the proposed TND ordinance on March 4, 2008. I have received a copy of the presentation from the Township Administrator in the form of a single 44.2 mb PDF file.

I feel this is a complex but important ordinance for our township and wanted to post it, but in more easily downloadable form. I have managed to break the single large PDF file into 28 smaller PDF files ranging from about 200 kb to a few over 1 mb and one being 3 mb. Be aware that if you are using a dial-up connection to the Internet, some of the files may take quite a while to download.
