A beautiful part of southeastern Pennsylvania

Diana McClean's 2003 GVSD Xmas Card Design Diana McClean, of Yellow Springs Road, Charlestown Township created the winning School District 2003 Christmas Card cover design. Caroline Kocher of Malvern wrote the winning verse for the card. Diana's beautiful card design and Caroline's verse are shown below -     In the glow of muted firelight, as the old year comes to close, we try to capture all its worth in poetry and prose. The candles and the evergreens, the sleigh bells in the street, falling snow that frames the earth, making winter nights complete. So we offer this, a simple thought, for the mystic season's chill, embrace the eve's eternal hope, the New Year's bright and still.
