October 2002 Toll Bros Charlestown Meadows Plan The Township received Toll Brothers' Final Plan for Charlestown Meadows on October 15, 2002. The Plans are available for review at the Township Office between 9:00 AM and 3:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. The matter has tentatively been scheduled before the Board of Supervisors for a decision on Monday, November 4, 2002, 7:30 P.M. at the Great Valley Middle School, Room 154. I have photographed two of the plan's many large diagrams to give you an idea where Charlestown Meadows' boundaries are, the layout of the 190 units, and the "recommand land usage" areas.
