Charlestown Village - Painting by John Peirce (1969)
The Charlestown Historical Society owns this painting of the old Bachman Mill and the Village painted in 1969 by renowned Kimberton artist John Peirce. At that time, Charlestown Road still ran between the Mill and the Bachman house. CHS exhibits this painting whenever they have an open house or other occasion to show it to the public.
